Our story
At the forefront of performance tuning
Although the company's founder John Corten-Miller passed away in 2004, we remain true to his fundamental principle of quality and service. From the early days we decided to concentrate on being at the forefront of performance and diagnostic tuning. John's sons Ben and Tom now run the business along with other family members, and they continue to lead the field in Lincolnshire for performance tuning.
With a staff of fully trained technicians we offer full maintenance, servicing and MOT facilities for all makes of vehicle, as well as full engine and cylinder head rebuilds.
In 2006 we replaced our old 2WD dyno with a new 4WD Dyno Dynamics rolling road. This state of the art equipment means we can offer the best facilities for power tests, tuning and rolling road days.
Since 1979 we have built the business on our reputation. Our team takes great pleasure in using our wealth of technical expertise and knowledge to benefit customers, locally and nationally.
1979
Corten-Miller is founded. Since then the business has been built on its reputation.
1985
We start remapping vehicles, at the forefront of performance and diagnostic tuning.
2004
Founder John Corten-Miller passes away. His sons Ben and Tom carry on his principle of quality and service.
2006
Our old 2WD dyno is replaced by a state of the art 4WD Dyno Dynamics rolling road.
Today
Ben and Tom run the business with other family members, still leading the field in Lincolnshire for performance tuning.
Our facility
Built for the job
Based in the small village of Friskney just off the A52, with large premises and parking for over 30 vehicles.
Reception and showroom
A large reception and showroom with comfy seating, hot and cold drinks and free wifi, so waiting for your vehicle doesn't have to be a chore.
The workshop
Three service ramps and one MOT lift, with three full-time technicians and two auto electricians for a fast, efficient service with minimal waiting.
Head shop and engine room
A dedicated cylinder head shop and engine building room sit next to the workshop. The head shop now handles in-house work only.
The dyno room
Purpose built, with large outside wall-mounted fans feeding the main fan with cool air. Used for all our tuning work.
